Complaints and returns Tulupdecor.com online store
Remember that you should check the product on delivery—this is a condition for submitting a complaint.
If, upon checking the product, you discover that it has technical defects such as:
- wrong size,
- wrong framing,
- wrong type of material,
- missing any of the components of the order,
let us know by sending a message to: email@example.com. It would be ideal if you could attach photos to the message.
After accepting the complaint, we will send you the correct product, or we will refund your money.
The condition to keep the warranty is to comply with the installation instructions. The detailed information regarding complaints can be found in the store's regulations.
COMPLAINT REGARDING GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT
Do note that complaints regarding damage sustained by the parcel during transport are considered when a damage report is drawn upon delivery.
If the parcel is damaged, open it in the presence of the courier and draw up a report in the courier's presence. Then send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage.
After receiving the above information, we will send you a new, full-value product at our expense.
Remember that all products offered on Tulupdecor.com are made to individual customer's order (you choose the pattern and the size).
These products are not pre-made and stored, so the right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply to our products. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us! We will try to remedy this. The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority!
